Estimated international delivery is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, and events beyond our control may alter the route.

// THE TRACE //

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after dispatch. The tracking signal may remain dormant for a short time before the carrier activates it.

// BORDERS DEMAND THEIR TITHE //

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by AURALIASILK.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a correction is needed, contact signal@auraliasilk.com immediately. Once processing has begun, a change cannot be guaranteed.

// DELAY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT //

If tracking remains unchanged for an extended period, the parcel appears lost, or the package arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant evidence. We will work with the carrier and tell you which resolution is available.
